When handed the two coffees, I asked. “Which is the double double?” Response: “I’m sorry, I don’t know, I didn’t make them.” Do the employees not know that there are buttons on the lid where they can select either “D” or “1”? WT””?? Do better management, educate your staff! On the bright side, the food was quick, and it was hot, so no complaints there.
