  Absolutely ridiculous wait time. I ordered my food and have now been sitting here for 45 minutes, while four other customers are also still waiting for their orders. I understand that restaurants get busy, but this is beyond unreasonable. If you can’t keep up with the number of orders coming in, something needs to change. Watching multiple customers sit around waiting with no updates or urgency is incredibly frustrating. A 45-minute wait for food is unacceptable, and the lack of communication makes it even worse. Definitely not impressed with the service and will be thinking twice before coming back.

  Service is very slow. Need more staff during rush our. My mobile order took 30 minutes. I have been to other KFC locations usually mobile orders are ready within 10 minutes.

  Very disappointing. I don't know if KFC is going downhill or just this location. Fries were sweet and bad! Chicken was ok, but not KFC good.

  I've been here a few times and not sure why this location is over the top. I've finally got a pamphlet to write a review and I am more than happy to oblige. I do take notice of all the little things.
