  Customer service is atrocious… food quality is a joke and missing items… call to voice concerns and they blame the customer and hang up…

  Will not be returning.. waited over 45 minutes for a mobile order of 8pc and popcorn chicken. When we got home there was one thigh and the rest was legs. Definitely not work $43. Don’t waste your money here and go to Edmonton Trail

  Don’t go to this place!! I tried to place an order of all white meat. They were going to charge me the up charge but could only guarantee 50percent of the chicken would be white. So what percentage of my order would have been white meat if I hadn’t specified??? None potentially? They offered to only charge me half of the price for white meat upcharge but said that they could not make all white meat for me. I said I could wait and they said no. They had no one in drive thru at all and no one parked out front. I left angry. Drove to Mary Browns whose chicken is better and prices are better. No up charge for white meat. Got excellent service and there were 4 cars inline. Obviously I’m not the only person who feels this way. KFC in Airdrie sucks!!

  We went to this location yesterday and used a coupon. The cashier immediately told us that our coupon had expired without even checking it carefully. She made us feel embarrassed and judged right away in front of other customers. We insisted that the coupon was still valid, and only then she check the expiration date again. After realizing it was not expired, she took our order. She seemed annoyed and was in a hurry to keep the coupon. What disappointed us the most was that she treated other customers differently. She checked their coupons but did not keep them. The way we were treated felt unfair, disrespectful, and embarrassing.

  WORST KFC!!!!!! Went to this branch around 8pm yesterday May 28, 2026. We waited 50mins for chicken yesterday. and after i went to the counter to ask for our order they said our order wasn’t printed on their system. The person on the counter went to the kitchen and talked to the other staff and they have the guts to laugh at what happen. This is so frustrating and disappointing. Never ever would recommend this store. Don’t go here guys. It doesn’t deserve any stars at all!!!!
