Waited over 30 minutes for a skip order only to have it cancelled with no explanation. Don’t order from this location.

Poor customer service while you in restaurant the staff hardly acknowledge you to help you with orders or pickup. The front desk is mostly left unattended while there is a lineup for orders to be placed and pick up. Please Look for alternatives.

Close the store down or change management. I have ordered on mobile 2 hours ago and it’s still not ready. My courier has been waiting for an hour INSTORE as well. For 3 small items on the menu. This is ridiculous and disgusting

Extremely disappointing experience. When I ordered crispy chicken (keep in mind we came at 8pm), I was told they were out and refused to cook a fresh batch simply because they were 'lazy.' When I asked for spicy instead, they claimed to be out of that too. To top it off, the drink machine was 'broken,' which was clearly an excuse because staff didn't want to clean it. The entire crew was completely unprofessional, lazy, and exhibited unacceptable, discriminatory behavior. Management needs to address this location immediately. You have to tell them that you will report them, then they will do whatever you requested.

Bought two wicked Wednesday deals specially travel far to get extra crispy option when reached there found normal chicken when asked to change they said we donot have extra crispy and after some time change to hot n spicy but when reached home they were the same simple chicken and quality of chicken can be seen in the pictures. All pieces were of old chicken with black black portions Very very disappointed
