  Lara and John are great and very hard workers they offer a great service and are very kind. Not to mention the food is great and would recommend the popcorn chicken

  August 7th, 2026: My wife and I arrived at 10:20 PM—40 minutes before closing—hoping to order a Variety Bucket. The counter employee informed me there would be a 25-minute wait for fresh chicken. When I agreed to wait, she refused the order, claiming chicken comes in bags of 20 and cooking a fresh batch would lead to excess waste before closing. I stepped aside to consider my options and watched as two subsequent customers were given the same excuse and effectively turned away. I expressed my deep disappointment at being refused service nearly an hour before closing. I am contacting KFC Canada customer service and the store owner directly regarding this experience, and I will update this review following their response.

  I ordered two iced mocha lattes, and both tasted extremely sour. The sourness was so overpowering that I couldn’t taste the coffee at all. It didn’t taste like tiramisu—it tasted more like spoiled milk. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told that the sour taste was simply because of the “tiramisu” flavor. However, tiramisu should not taste overwhelmingly sour, especially to the point where it’s the only flavor you can taste. In their defense, when I raised my concern, they said that they had opened a new container of milk. However, opening a new container doesn’t necessarily mean the milk wasn’t already spoiled. They only remade one of the drinks, but what disappointed me more was how my concern was handled. Instead of trying to understand why I thought something was wrong, the staff came across as defensive and dismissive. I appreciate that they remade one drink, but I believe customer concerns about food or drink quality should be taken seriously and handled with professionalism.
