  Very poor customer service witnessed today, we saw another customer ask a staff member for if they had an item in stock and she said very rudely “yeah a guy is bringing it out now.” The vegetables were quite low stocked and poor quality. The cashier barely said anything to us just asked for more rewards card, mentioned the price and asked if we want a receipt. No how are you, have a good day, etc. What happened to grocery stores having to have good customer service?

  Purchased brocoli with worms inside multiple times. Lots of their fruits and veggies are rotten, I believe they water the veggies too much. Small store, not enough cashiers at lunch time in week days, and next to no room for lineups.

  Save-On-Foods is a busy location, so checkout can take a bit longer at times, but the staff are friendly and keep things moving. They often have great clearance prices on seasonal items, which makes it worth a look if you enjoy a good deal.

  This is a very busy save on, and given the traffic, they still don't have self checkouts. It wouldn't be so bad if they would open all the tills. Maybe they have a lack of staff which reinforces the idea of self checkouts.
