Big sign at front door saying they price match...have picture of competitors flyer for ground beef.... the cashier didn't know how to price match so the got a manager which was fine...she called the employee from the meat department and he said sorry we cant match that.....I wasn't impressed as it seems to be false advertising to me

I buy the pre cooked chickens all the time. Everywhere I go. It's always good. Always cooked completely and to my satisfaction. Until I came back to Williams Lake. The last 3 chickens I have bought here in Williams Lake have not been cooked thoroughly or to my satisfaction. The first time was just a little pink around the bone. I let that slide. The 2nd time the meat was pink right to the edge of the meat. Today the chicken was cooked enough to be edible but still not cooked as long as it should have been. One chunk of the chicken was still pink. I am extremely disappointed. 2 years ago this was not an issue here in Williams Lake. It's an issue now. Every chicken I've bought these last few months could have used at least another 5 or 10 minutes. Maybe even more. Do better. Make it right. A fully cooked chicken should not be pink at all and it should not have any kind of rubbery texture. And no. I don't want to send you an email for further results. You have my complaint here and now. That is enough. Edit: i was wrong. That chicken was in fact not cooked enough today either. I just finished throwing it all up. I will not longer be buying precooked chickens from Save On Foods in Williams Lake.

Went this morning and the cashier didn't listen to anything I said. But after the manger said the same thing I did it was awkward.
