    mistakenly ordered pickup which is my bad, but when i saw there was no cancel button on the app (somehow) my girlfriend called and they told her to just cancel it on the app despite there being no option to and before she could ask how to do that they hung up on her, my money is wasted and i am still hungry

    They were a slight rude to me, I brought service dog and they kept following me around the restaurant saying they were scared of him saying he was going to bite them, but why would I bring him in there if he bit people and if he was a service dog, anyways the workers made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed, I also found a piece of hair in my chicken.     Usually fast and the food is okay, but half the time there is hair in the food and/or something is not cooked properly. Stopped going there for my work lunches after a third-time-in-a-row of hair that was curled around my fries

    Understaffed, unorganized, and unprofessional. Only DQ I've ever been to in 4 provinces where they put up a stink for custom cake orders. They should update their website to tell the truth that they'll only custom colours and "Happy Birthday __________"
