  Disappointing experience – Missing items and terrible quality ( Rating- 0/5) I ordered a box meal through the KFC app last night using a coupon code. The meal was supposed to include a Big Crunch burger, 2 pieces of chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, and a drink. I also ordered an extra chicken burger separately. When I arrived, the staff member only offered me the chicken, popcorn, and fries. I asked if they could make my chicken fresh, and she assured me it was already freshly prepared, so I trusted her. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the bag, the Big Crunch burger from the coupon was completely missing. On top of that, the chicken I was given was far from fresh—it was hard to eat, looked unappetizing, and the quality was just unacceptable. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage, including the extra burger I had paid for. This was a very disappointing experience. Please take this as constructive feedback and work with your staff on order accuracy and food quality.

  Was very gross inside nobody cleans. Was hard to even order food because the guy was on his phone and the food was cold.

  Wouldn't recommend, not hygiene and some random people were going inside and out from the kicthen and playing song in the speaker in the kicthen and touching the food and fries without gloves, it my first time seeing that not professional and if kfc wants to investigate they can look into the camera around 9 to 10 night whilter is a tourist place and kfc just disappointing me like the government of bc should investigate !!why the random people are going in and out the kicthen and touching the fires without the gloves !

  Waited 25 minutes just for some cold and oily fried chicken in an empty joint, how is that even possible. Dirty as hell. KFC corporate come get your mans, hands down the worst kfc I’ve ever been to.

  Super dirty eating areas and even ruder staff. Staff seemed way more interested in mobile devices than they were in helping customers, considered eating in but takeout was definitely the option. Rudest staff I’ve ever come across, overall super frustrating experience.
