    Charged me for a footlong when I got a 6". Said sorry and offered me cookies instead of a refund because neither of us noticed until after I paid. Was in a rush so just took it, but seriously?...

    I don’t usually write reviews for chains but I had to after I received the best service I’ve had in a subway thus far. It was just refreshing to see the staff work as efficiently as you’d expect, but also notice when things were quieter to take the time in cutting, prepping and warming the meats with a lovely manner and just going above and beyond in general. I hope I spell his name correctly, but Prabt was outstanding.
