    We came for their fall price fix menus and it was one of the best dinner experiences my husband and I have had in a while. Food was delicious, service was great, and the overall atmosphere was nice.

    It had been a while since I last visited the Sidecut in the Four Seasons Whistler, mainly because it’s a bit out of the village, but I’m so glad I went back. Free valet parking when dining at Sidecut is a great bonus. The food was absolutely phenomenal, it’s been a long time since I’ve been wowed like this. The oysters, scallops, beef tartare, and foie gras parfait were all pure perfection. Service was warm, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

    The place is calm and very intimate, the staff was great but, nothing was outstanding, all what we ordered was average and to be honest there are better options in whistler, it was convenient because we were staying at the hotel.

    We’ve been multiple times and its always exceptional. Our last experience was late sept, 2025. Our server, Teegan was so attentive and nothing felt rushed. This place provides a top tier dining experience every time and we will be back.
