Today I ordered take out in person and I was charged for a take out bag, I asked why, when I order drive through we don’t pay. He rudely responded it’s “the law”, which didn’t explain why they aren’t charging people in drive through but are for in store take out orders. He also tried being smart by asking if I was from here to make a point about it being a BC law. Poor customer interaction.
