  $65 for a sea bass dish that was sub standard. Underwhelming tomatoe base sauce, too salty and barely any sides. I expect more at that price point.

  On February 10th, we visited this place and were so happy to enjoy their hot chocolate , it was absolutely delicious. They even offer complimentary marshmallows and chocolate, so you can go outside to the patio and roast them in the fire pit. They provide blankets as well, which shows how much they truly care about your experience and comfort I would like to highlight the two staff members who were working that evening , because of you, my stay in Whistler became even more memorable Thank you for making it so special !

  An impressive breakfast buffet! Wide variety of different options. Chia pudding, fresh fruit, pancakes, omelette, bagel bar, donuts, fresh pastries, bacon, sausage, and of course a chocolate fountain. The bison chili was outstanding for lunch. My daughter's favorite chili.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. All three guests in our party got food poisoning and were extremely sick afterward, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, it was one of our birthdays that night, and because of the food poisoning we were unable to go to the mountain or participate in any of the activities we had planned for the birthday weekend. Instead, we spent the entire time cooped up, taking turns using the washroom. The amount of money we spent to be trapped inside of the hotel is ludicrous. On top of that, the serving sizes were tiny and outrageously overpriced. Between the ruined birthday, lost weekend plans, and serious health concerns, we would never return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  Revamped dinner menu is sophisticated and well executed. FS continues to reinvent Braidwood and we throughly enjoyed the upscale seafood options whereas Sidecut has unfortunately regressed to just another higher end steakhouse (we are pescatarian). The squid ink linguine with generous portions of shellfish was one of the best we’ve enjoyed. Vibe is casual and comfortable but service still top notch and attentive even during busy holiday service.
