  Cold poutine. The cheese curds were cold from the fridge. I touched them to know. The fries and gravy in the poutine were also cold. I touched them to know. They then gave me a new order with the poutine box filled 1/3 of the way. Ridiculous. Stupid, and worth dealing with them a 3rd time. WK's A&W and BK are always better.

  Horrible. Standing there with bags in my hands for 10 minutes and ended up walking out. There was 1 guy in front of me and its like the whole store melted down and couldn't handle dealing with him

  Was super busy with very few staff, which one of them looked to be grocery shopping? We waited 10 minutes for our food for it to be wrong and cold. The fries were stale and barely salted and my drink was completely watered down. When you’re paying over $20 for fast food you expect for it to at least be half good. I am disappointed with the service, food, and atmosphere.

  Waited 30 minutes for a mcdouble meal which is ridiculous. Saw the massive lady in the back wipe her nose with bare hand when making someones burger when it came to my burger I saw her start rubbing her front against the edge of the prep counter and then give herself a scratch down there. Absolutely disgusting. I did not eat my burger. My fries were made by a teen girl who had better health safety then a full grown women. My fries were fresh but were a dark brown color from the oil which is not ok... In my drink there was a strange floating glob ?? unsure of what that is but had to throw that out as well. I urge nobody to come here.

  Very disappointed to sit down and have a pet dog at the next table owned by a senior. It is not OK and against the law. Leave it at home. Walmart and macdonalds please enforce no pets especially in a restaurant.
