  The staff was soo friendly even after when the store so busy they handled every customer politely. The food was superb definitely going to visit again. Must recommend

  Very underwhelming. Eaten here several times but today was particularly bad. It seems to centre around specific staff (owner). The cut ends of the 6" buns were dry and hard, bread closer to stale than fresh. Toppings were very sparse. Today they appeared fresh, last time they weren't and I threw the whole sandwich out. Thankfully I only went 6" instead of my usual foot long. Will NOT be ordering here again and WILL be reaching out to Subway Franchise in Richmond and corporate in Alberta. This is not my first poor experience here, it hurts the brand as a whole when individual franchisees serve substandard food products.

  Terrific Subway! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and efficient even during a busy times. Sandwiches always made exactly how I like it—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything tastes great. Restaurant seems to be always clean and well-maintained, which makes visiting even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to stop somewhere consistent and reliable, and this location definitely delivered. I’ll be back again soon!

  Ellen literally made our morning! She was so friendly and made us smile with her sweet service and generosity. Thank you Ellen the Generous! (NOT Ellen Degeneres;)) We’ll def come back.

  Horrible !!! Bad food quality and “service” The person lined in front of me commented no lettuce that looks terrible do you have more she shrugged and didn’t offer it It was brown and clearly thawed/mushy The server rolled her eyes at orders and was very inattentive to putting the ingredients in Three pieces of spinach..3 leaves. Inedible lettuce. Nearly raw bacon put on our sandwich we had to ask to be re-cooked separately Toasted bread offers but not toasted Asked for a gluten free bun she opened two I said just one she glared at me… wow Long line yet one person working who clearly doesn’t like the job and is rude to customers Puts the hot peppers with stems in sandwiches no attention to details and then $25 for two sandwiches Terrible subway all around despite new renovations the food and service is poor
