  We were not happy with the service. It was a really bad service. The workers did not cooperate with our order and asked for the manager. The manager was in a really serious cooling session and locked it.

  At least the food tasted good. The employee was incredibly rude, she was wiping the door when we walked up and rather than move aside or alternatively hold it open she slammed it in our faces, not the greatest first impression. After that, she stormed back into the kitchen and behind the counter. Whilst we were pursuing the menu she asked if we were ready, no greeting, we said that we were still deciding and not sixty seconds later she said "Ready?" (Capitol R.) She was quite aggressive about it. One member of our party approached the counter to order and she glared at the two of us still looking, before she'd even began prepping the first member's sandwich she aggressively asked if we were ready yet. Once we'd finally ordered she began rinigng us up, despite pressuring us many times prior she took quite a while to sort out our payments. She threw my sister's sandwich at the card machine. Aside from all of that, she also found it appropriate to cough on her hand and continue to prepare one of our meals, without so much as changing her gloves. That was an obvious red flag, and saftey concern. Long story short, go to any other Subway.

  Not very good service, issues with the app as well, no effort for compensating for the issue.

  I found it unsanitary to serve food and no washroom available. Came in around lunch time and ordered a sub which I was intending on eating in the restaurant. Unfortunately their washroom was out of service and there was nowhere to wash my hands. I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich that i just ordered.

  Wish there was a no stars option. We have been coming here for several years, never had a really bad experience, but the service is always a little cold, but who can blame them after seeing what their management/owners are like. We ordered online, picked up at the time we selected. We requested the sandwiches to be toasted, extra blah blah. They were absolutely not toasted like this bread had never seen a toaster in its life. They were soggy at best and nothing was melted, as a matter of fact they were cold, very cold, which is great of you don't want it TOASTED. Seems like a small inconvenience, but I'm paying for this, and by the time you get home what are you going to do, go all the way back with a soupy sandwich to only get dirty looks? Or toast it myself, cause who doesn't love toasted lettuce. I contacted the feedback via the website and clearly described our issue.....only to get the nastiest response form the owner/manager(? Cause they never said) claiming they watched the video surveillance to ensure it was toasted and that they did infact put on extra olives ....as the order stated. It was random, it was rude, it was very unprofessional and honestly was stupid. If you've got this far....theres more.... I responded with a description of why my own surveillance (ie: my mouth and eyeballs) absolutely knew they were not toasted and soggy mess...I attached a picture. The manager/owner? Then claimed the issue was resolved and stopped contact. Fun fact, corporate likes feed back on these things. So. Not something anyone should be supporting, if you want to be something people enjoy in the community, remember who's paying for the soggy untoasted sandwiches. Avoid them
