- CCCharli CappadonaDec 29, 20251.0This has got to be the worst subway I have ever been to. It’s at the ferry terminal so sometimes may be your last shot for dinner. We’ve been here multiple times hoping it would be better or just because we’ve had no choice. The bread is chewy.. (not sure what that’s about. I’ve asked for it toasted many times and the owner says that’s all they can toast it. Bro… it’s broken. They give you 5 leaves of spinach … 5! (I counted) they give you less than half what every other subway gives for vegg. When you ask for a bit more you get rudely barked at and told “It’s a sandwich! Not a salad!” … what the hell? Won’t let you use the bathroom….. Today was the last straw. Just avoid this place if you can. We’re over it.

- TMTanysha marieOct 25, 20251.0I cant comment on food service on this visit. What i can comment on was the rude employee who was hesitant to allow a young child the use of a washroom. Without purchase. So i made sure to let them know they could take my change ($2.00) into their "tip" jar. I let them know this tip was going to come with the poor review. And I get it. There are public accessible washrooms down the road, but when dealing with children they usually have to go NOW not down the road. For all the times ive stopped in while waiting for a ferry and NOT used the washroom. Guess one time of just quickly flushing some water and washing hands was too much to ask for without a 2.00 tip thrown in their bucket or purchase of a sub. Definitely changed my view of being a place to sit and wait out a ferry wait, given theres only limited spots. Next time I guess it'll be Starbucks and a muffin not a sub.
