I am sure the staff do not care about the negative reviews else they would have changed their attitude after all these negative feedbacks. I mean how can you suck at being a McDonald's?! I ordered a happy meal for kids and they delivered the apple juice in a cup not cartons, I simply asked for one in a carton, and the woman attacked that NO! I worked here for 15 years and at McDonald's juice never comes in a packaging. I explained that I have bought that several times other locations for example North Van, she kept lying that NO, Impossible I have worked here 15 years and never in a package, even North Van. I mean it's just a juice. What's the worst thing can happen if I say I don't want it. But the level of indifference in their staff is outrageously high that they prefer raising their voice and lying. Even worse, when I left the counter started talking to another customer behind my back and smirking yeah, he says in a package. I mean what is wrong with you people? I wonder how there are still people coming in this location and ordering food. Unbelievably awful customer service, rude, no manners at all. Really rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. Simply respect yourself and stay away.
