  Placed an order online for a burrito bowl. I’ve eaten the same meal a day before for my lunch break and found it delicious. I ordered the same bowl and am very disappointed. The chicken was scarce and overall found the meal to not be warm but cold. I placed this order online for pickup and waited over 10 minutes past the pickup ready point. I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this Chipotle wasn’t great. A women called Kalg rushed me while I was placing my order and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be more patient and welcoming.

  I was just there for my weekly visit. Kalg was fantastic as usual. The food was great!

  Had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location in west Vancouver. The employee working the line, kalg was extremely rude and dismissive. The portions were noticeably smaller than usual, and when we politely asked for a bit more (something that’s normally allowed), she responded coldly and said, “That’s what you get,” with no explanation or professionalism and rushing us continuously. The tone and attitude were disrespectful, and it made us feel uncomfortable as customers. This experience completely ruined our visit, and management really needs to address customer service at this location , since I’m a customer for almost 10 years and never had this issue at this location. We experienced this on Monday December 29 at 7:22pm.

  This Chipotle is the exact reason why franchise corporations need to be secret shopping the stores they franchise out. This Chipotle is awful. I work in the area a couple times a month so over the last few years I’ve given it tons of tries, it always sucks. They’re out of chicken, or out of steak, the lady working is in a bad mood, the rice is crusty, the carne asada? shrivelled little pieces of dried out black meat. The staff is in a terrible mood, the restaurant is dirty, the ice machine never works, it’s a disaster. The Chipotle at Guilford? Awesome. The one in Victoria? Awesome. The Park Royal store is just abysmal. Today I heard the woman working tell a customer in about as rude of voice as is possible that they were out of chicken and it was going to be at least 20 minutes until more was ready so he should pick something else. He just walked out. If Chipotle the corporation is okay with this being the level of product and service customers are provided then they should get used to the idea of closing down, because this place is a miserable experience. 1/5 stars but would prefer to give them a 0 star rating.
