  Food, drinks, and service are always good. I often stop by after work on my own. However, instead of being greeted or asked how my day is going, I’m frequently asked whether I’m picking up an order for Skip or DoorDash. It’s a small thing, but it would be nice to feel welcomed as a dine-in guest. Something to work on.

  I ordered my chicken burger online through third party and it was not even half of the worth of the price. My bun was overly toasted, there was very little quantity of coleslaw, over cooked chicken and not enough spread on the bun. I bet Mc D can do a better job. So please tell the cooks to cook it perfectly next time. Please and thank you.

  Food delivery are very small in portions and pay for more than dining. The portions are unsatisfactory considering the amount you get for dine in. We are Not satisfied with their take out. The salad looked like it was already half eaten and the portions for the pasta is half the amount you get while dining in.

  Original Joe rocks it on the WestBank! misunderstanding on my first read, i thought the place was a japanese paper shoppe named 'origami joe.' So indiscreet is the signage in this stripmall! i ventured in and met Good Cameron and a well.stocked and served full wetbar. Next i was approached by a tall irish Canadian named Aurora who swears she had seen me before. Confusion cleared up, i assured her i was a total stranger and new to the place. Fortunately for me as a new customer the wonderful straight-shooter Vanessa secured a booth and an order of vodka and french onion soup for me. The Soup was fantastic! best i have ever had! the vodka, sip-worthy and an adequate mid-afternoon complement to a bowl of carmelised onions, croutons and cheese! Venturing back one night i met the charming Katy and the late night crew: just as awesome! They suggested food very kindly to complement my vodka nitecaps and Maddie even taught me some local vernacular ( 'i am so dead!') . i regaled them with stories of Prison Santa , sipped in peace , and was even permitted to use the bar plugin to test out my new animatronic Santa doll for christmas. What a great staff here! I cannot forget to mention the unique concoctions from the bar: MonteCristos for all and a dirty shirley too courtesy Kind Kennedy! What novel creations, but i will stick with my vodka neat! Happiness! i have found my hiding depot! And perhaps Lady Aurora was a siren peering into the immediate future.... because now i know she knows me as the regular with the single vodka neat and french onion soup. Thanks for the immediate memories my new bar crew of Origami Joes: you are all stellar human beings and great hospitality champions! The best service and family friendly place in the Okanoggin! Come on down when i am not here, cause i don't like crowds! Origami Joe will serve you right!
