  Don't like that the shopping carts are locked unless you pay 25 cents! This is such a small thing but bothered me so much

  Usually shop here a lot. Today I tried to buy some bleach alongside my usual groceries. Unfortunately, when I got to the checkout, it turned out the bleach was leaking and when I picked it up it got all over my hands. I asked the self checkout cashier if she had any paper towel or anything to wash my hands — no, she didn’t. Then I had to queue five minutes for the bathroom. When I returned to try and check out my stuff, someone then came over with a piece of paper towel. The self checkout person was more worried about the coin machine than the bleach now covering me, the checkout area and my basket. She didn’t even bother to try and reimburse my bleach or get me a new one that wasn’t leaking. Ended up buying a reusable bag to take my new, leaking, bleach home. All in all a 0/10 experience.

  I feel I must commend Megan from the E-com department for her consistantly exceptional customer service. She's the best by far. Great job everytime Megan! Keep up the awesome work! Promote her and give her a raise because she sure deserves it Save-On-Foods!!!
