  I understand the need to advertise to draw people in but Do You Really Need to Annoy people by with that Stupid Deal is on jingle played 3 times every time there is a commercial break. You took a great song and completeley ruined it by doing that. I hear that Jingle at 3 30 in the morning going through my head. As for the so called deals they are sub par at best typical sales tactic increase the price 40 percent then drop the sticker price by ten percent people think their saving when they end up spending more than what its worth. There is the worlds version of Honesty. I hate that jingle its way over played. GREAT JOB THERE GUYS.

  My complaint is with the pharmacy, I have never been a fan of Pattison group but I have been getting prescriptions from that pharmacy since it was a Safeway. Since COVID in 2020 the pharmacy put in this large intrusive plexiglass, since 2020 when I need get get my refills I have to shout through plexiglass and I can't hear them properly. I have to shout over the loud music where there is 2 speakers right above the pharmacy. Last time I was there I had a discrepancy I was trying to solve, I requested to talk to someone face to face, I went to the room off to the side and was telling the person about what I needed then, I'm told we need to go back to the desk where the computer is so the person could look things up. The whole time I'm there I have to talk loudly over top of all the noise from the speakers,freezers and people and I can hardly hear what the person behind this ridiculous plexiglass is saying to me. It is long past time to put something up there where people can communicate to one another. The cashiers there don't even have a plastic barrier anymore. The pharmacy has the ability to put back what was there before but, it seems that particular Save On Foods doesn't care about privacy being that when I or others need to pick up I have to shout my name, the type of pills and my address. Every time I go to get my medication I'm tense because I know I have to talk loudly, that gets me upset. I walk out of there even more tense because I think that all of this is preventable if the store cared about customers privacy and put up something so that people can communicate clearly. As it sits now it looks like I have to go back and find out if what they did last time was right, something doesn't seem right with the amount I got and now I have to go and shout through glass again. When these refills are done I am going to change pharmacies and it will not be with any Save On Foods. It wont hurt me a bit not going back to that store as there is lots of other things I could point out one of which is their bathroom is disgusting at any time of day, let alone the horrible prices of products there. I'm not going to hold my breath that the pharmacy will change the barrier they have there either.. It's a Save On Foods after all where they don't care about anything but profit. I'm very tired of having to deal with that when I go to get my medication. Having that barrier up which should have been changed no later than 2023 is still there in 2026. They need to stop living in fear that COVID is out to get them. I can't be the only one that has taken an issue with this. If this barrier is changed I might stay with the pharmacy but somehow I doubt if anyone at that store or head office cares whether I stay or go. That's one of the biggest problems with the company as a whole, is they do not care. That is my complaint, I have sent an email before about this issue which was never replied to by Save On Foods that was several months ago. Your save on foods on Pandora ave doesn't have that intrusive barrier like the Foul Bay location, but I won't be using them either, too expensive and a shady location. Change that plexiglass for crying out loud, literally out loud..
