  I ordered 2 pizzas using the official Papa John's website. I used the 50% off coupon which Papa John's was advertising. After placing the order and pre-paying for the pizzas I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I contacted the location and I was told that the location decided that they do not like the 50% off official corporate coupons and codes and won't be participating in this promotion. I've never seen anything like this and will not be ordering from this location as they do not follow the rules and who knows what other rules they are not following when making pizzas, just lost trust in this location.

  *** Edited *** The owner of the store reached out to me and had a replacement pizza sent to our house. I feel that we were originally served the wrong pizza because this one was delicious and had appropriate portions. Ash went above and beyond to correct the issue so kudos for 10/10 customer service after an unfortunate experience. Everybody has a bad day and I think my former review was just a result of one of those days. I will def order that pizza again. It was GOOD! I’m at a loss. We ordered gluten free Philly beef pizza. The pizza had 4 pieces of meat on it covering 3 pieces of the pizza. It was a cheese pizza. When I questioned it the staff member said “I can remake it but it will be exactly the same”. Don’t sell me a meat pizza without any meat.
