- A土萠ほたるOct 28, 20172.0There were three employees on shift and they were blocking the menu sign. I was there because I want to claim my birthday coupon received via email. One of the three employees was quite rude to me saying it must be printed. I told her I have my mobile phone and not everyone owns a computer or printer. She also said they were out of coconut so they cannot make my original flavor of choice and then charged me for one size smaller than what I requested. The second employee did absolutely nothing the entire transaction; the third employee was polite but she added way too much ice to the drinks ruining the flavor. Very disappointing because their Hillside location make better smoothies with much less attitude. Thankfully the third employee made an extra third drink at no charge due to my ordering error. I gave 2 star rating because of the third employee. Overall poor management; shameful since this store was good when I used to work at the mall two decades ago.
