When we entered the store, no one greeted us — not even a simple “hi.” The staff looked very unprofessional and didn’t seem interested in serving customers. When we got our burritos, they were a complete mess — toppings were falling out and everything was running everywhere. It was served like that, without any effort to fix it or make it presentable. Overall, it felt rushed and careless. I really hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the service and food quality
