  The Mr Sub location is quite small, and I think is run mostly by one person at a time, with occasional 2nd person helping out. I ordered from here for the first time via the website, tried out 3 subs and a bonus free promo for a drink and chip. I arrived a few mins past my pickup time that I selected an hour in advance. I still had to wait probably 10 mins additional for the one person working to finish up my order, while the other worker came back from lunch to help take the order of walk in customers otherwise the restaurant was empty besides me. I am not sure how this place runs when it gets much busier but I suspect they are not equipped to handle too much going on. My order I don't feel was that complex but they forgot that I ordered a 2nd au jus (they just gave me one) and one of my subs was just ham and green peppers and cheese, nothing else in it... I have no idea which of my 3 subs remotely asked for anything as plain as that... I think that might have been the Club sandwich but also the size of the sub itself looked to be less than a footlong. I know that's not a promise like another similar sandwich chain. The quality of the ingredients felt a bit disappointing, the bread didn't seem toasted well, the ham was nothing special, nor was the cheese.. it all felt very tasteless, and I don't think there was any sauce on it... I ordered like 4 different sauces to put on these subs each. Honestly I feel the girl working the order seemed overwhelmed and just in a hurry to finish giving me order than worrying about accuracy because I was standing waiting for the order, despite I gave no indication I was in a hurry to rush her. I don't know if I would come back to here. I had found another sandwich chain just before this, that was a better overall experience. Not saying I would never come back ever, but not likely to be anytime soon.

  Went into this Mr Sub located at uptown Plaza found it right across from Walmart. I intended on getting A large of my favourite sub I seen a sign in the window for Mix and match 2 small subs for $5.99 each And left with a small pizza sub and a small seafood sub for less than $13. The subs were truly delicious and were prepared and served by a very friendly staff.

  Like subway but better ingredients, taste. The s'more cookie is dope. Beware, the mango sauce is spicy.

  Sandwich wasn't bad, but not even close to the original. Unless you were old enough to remember how it was in the 70,s, all sandwiches were just made the way they were made! This is basically a slightly better subway. You pick your toppings, 50 different dressings, cheap meat and cheese, i literally got a piece of bologna on my sandwich! They have quick toast ovens” that didn't exist in the old days, all subs were made cold”with quality meats and real cheese, the cheese on mine were the same two processed choices you get a subway. For the franchise owners, if you have never had the opportunity to try the original, i would think it would be impossible to recreate, and this is the case. Overall disappointed, was hopping for something remotely close to how it really was in the day, not even close
