  I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I first reached the speaker, I politely asked for a minute before placing my order. After that, I waited for approximately five minutes and repeatedly said “hello” to check if anyone was there, but received no response. Eventually, I drove up to the window, where the employee spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of apologizing for the delay or lack of response, he began lecturing me on how to order, which was unnecessary and inappropriate. The interaction continued in an argumentative tone for several minutes, which made the experience even more unpleasant. This level of service was unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.

  false complaint by store employee for my uber profile.. there were 5 drivers at one time for pick order.

  Me and my boyfriend came to get something to eat and got our meals and my boyfriends junior chicken it wasn’t made properly and we went to get our free meals and they charged us 3.95 even tho it was supposed to be free
