  One overnight guy is rude and annoying to deal with. That said the rest is fine i guess. Its a mc donalds so not expecting much but some staff need to be trained in customer service.

  Absolutely ridiculous to go through their drive through at 230 on a Monday (which I’m assuming isn’t a peak time) to be asked to park my car and wait for a PLAIN CHEESEBURGER! After waiting 18 minutes pulled over in front of the store and no one coming out with my food…I left!

  Gross, everything was empty (men's and women's toilet paper, napkins, didn't want orders at the till but the receipt paper was out), horrible quality with excess cream in coffee and cold fries, and brutal service. They make me not want to go to McDonalds generally.

  2nd time eating and last time I'll go to this specific joint. I had my 2nd ever mild food poisoning in my life from eating a 6 dollar McChicken burger meal I got from a survey coupon. I'm not sure if it was undercooked or the employees didn't practice hygiene. But I got my tummy bug after eating here the 2nd time.

  I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I want to leave this feedback for improvement. My children love McDonald’s, so we go once or twice a week. We’re very familiar with the taste since we usually order the same menu items. This time, however, we visited this location instead of the two branches we normally go to, and we were very disappointed. The McNuggets and fries here were noticeably different. The color was darker and dull compared to other locations, and the food tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. It had a greasy, stale flavor. McDonald’s is a place many students visit because of its reasonable prices, but it made me question whether food that feels this unhealthy is acceptable. There were also several missing items in our order — one drink, two Happy Meal toys, and one nugget sauce — four items in total. The drink tasted overly diluted with water. While we’ve experienced somewhat diluted soda at other locations before (which is why we usually order orange juice or apple juice instead), this branch even seemed to dilute the juice, making it taste very bland. To be honest, we probably won’t be returning to this location.
