After 15 minutes, I walk in, complain, and my food was just sitting there getting cold. From now on, if I want McDonald's I'll go out of my way to another one - when at least if I have to wait for my order, it'll be hot!

The potatoe wedges were over done, rock hard and could not eat even one. The chicken wrap was dry and tasteless. Huge disappointment and I will not order from McDonald’s again. In addition the employees were disorganized and obviously either stressed or just not well trained. I’ll drive farther to A&W where both the food and service are quality.
