  Store over charged me for my order and nobody answers the phone. I gave $4.60 in cash and was also charged $4.60 on Mastercard for an order totalling $5.39. Receipt shows I paid $0.79 in cash which isn’t possible and not what I handed over.

  I honestly don’t understand why the service has gone to shit at this location. In the past 2 weeks I have had to return twice for incomplete orders and now my order was completely wrong and I’m just too tired to go back. And mind you I would understand if I purchased $200 worth of food but it’s literally 2 combos and they keep forgetting one fries which you gave me 2 drinks so it should be a given. And now I ordered a mighty McMuffin and came home to a chicken McMuffin. Like can I get what I pay for? I’m not asking for you to customize my entire order. It’s not that hard.

  Been here twice. First time my wife got food poisoning from chicken that smelled spoiled. Reported it to staff to escalate with management and never received a call back about the issue. 2nd time eating here they got my wife's order wrong on a drive thru order. Called them after getting to the hospital that they got our order wrong. Told me they were busy but that they'd follow up with a phone call about the order. Never received a call. Called back after a half hour. Was informed they needed another 10-15 minutes to find the receipt on their end. Never got a call back. Tried calling them after an hour and was hung up on 3 times.

  BEWARE of Double/Triple charging!! While picking up food from the drive-thru the staff told me after I tapped that it didn’t work. So I proceeded to tap again, this time holding the machine so I could see if it went through. I saw the green check mark and heard the beep indicating it went through. The Manger can and said that I need to tap again, and when I refused he said if I tap again he will reverse the charge. I tapped again and after I checked my bank account and they had changed me 3 times. The manager said the money will be returned to me by tomorrow. That was a lie. I was later told to do a charge back which costs me $5.00 per transaction. I asked McDonalds to pay for my charge back fee and they went radio silent. Don’t be fooled and tap again. They over charged me $58. I won’t go back.
