  recently visited KFC and was thoroughly impressed with the staff's exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure my order was correct and delivered promptly. The food was also delicious, cooked to perfection. Overall, I'd definitely recommend KFC for a satisfying meal.

  Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but KFC really surprised me this time. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and actually juicy inside — not dry like it sometimes can be. The seasoning hit just right, and everything tasted hot and well-prepared. The fries were decent, and the service was quick and friendly, which made the whole experience better. The place itself was clean enough, nothing fancy, but comfortable. Overall, a solid visit. If they keep it like this, I’d definitely come back again.

  Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered 10 tenders, but they were quite small and inconsistent in size. While the taste was actually good, the fries were extremely poor—stale and cold. Overall, the environment felt unclean and unpleasant, which made the visit even less enjoyable.

  I had a disappointing experience at the KFC located at 3140 Douglas Street. The service I received from an employee named Balbir Singh Sodhi was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. There was no courtesy, and the interaction felt rude and dismissive. Good customer service is essential in the food industry, and this experience did not meet expectations at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and training. Would not recommend this location based on this experience
