  We visit this store once or twice a week. I have always loved KFC. I have always only liked dark meat and don’t like or eat white meat at all. I was so angry when I got home to find they had changed my order from dark to white meat. Living in Sooke I was not taking it back. If I was told they had no dark meat I would have chosen not to get it. Instead I was made to pay for something I didn’t order and couldn’t eat. I will not be returning to this store.

  Tushar was super quick to help us out, we came from out of town for a KFC craving We had got back to our home and realized we were missing tenders from our order even though they clarified verbally that they were supposed to have been inside

  Why do they never have spicy when you order in the drive thru. Anytime of the day they always say they don’t have any spicy chicken?

  Waited over 20 mins in the parking lot and the fries were cold so not sure what took so long

  I took a drive thru order and agreed to wait in the parking lot after paying, as I've noticed has become customary at this location. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the drive thru clerk appeared with my food as they normally do. This time however, he shoved a phone in my face and asked me to leave a google review. He then said that he added extra fries, so perhaps I'd be willing to leave him a favourable review. I was so caught off guard and for whatever reason I complied. I followed the qr code to this page, noting a 2.9 star average, and hastily gave 5 stars. I did not include his name as he asked after I had completed, which prompted him to take picture of my phone screen as proof. I did challenge him as to why this was doing this and he informed me that his manager had instructed his staff to do this. Not only is this rude, invasive, and at the very least unprofessional, it is also a scheme to artificially correct the low reviews for this restaurant. I'm no genius, but perhaps if they are concerned about their reviews, they could run their business with more integrity, keep more than just 2 staff members running this place (on a Saturday night no less) and let the quality of your work do the talking. I don't want extra things, I just want what I ordered and to have it given to me on a timely basis without harassment. I have tolerated long waits and miscommunications from time to time since i know that the business can be fragile and the employees are over burdened due to poor management. This was the last straw. I will no longer be doing business with this location and I highly doubt I'll drive out of town for KFC. I don't hold a grudge nor do I aim this review at the gentleman who served me this evening.
