  I ordered online from KFC for pickup, and after waiting 15 minutes, they hadn't even started processing my order. It seems you have to show up and tell them you placed an online order before they even begin preparing it, which defeats the whole purpose. Then, they gave me the wrong item, and only after I insisted did they correct it. On top of that, I paid for a large bag and was given a tiny one that barely fit my food. Disappointing experience—I wouldn’t recommend this store and will probably not go back.

  I’m never the type of person to complain about something little, people make mistakes I know. But today I went to this specific KFC and all I can say is how bad this location is. The staff is friendly but they really need to work on communication and productivity. I’m disappointed in the food, service and overall experience. Took about 15 minutes to get my food and another 5 for my drink since they forgot that. I really don’t like to criticize but I thought id be doing more good warning people not to waste their time rather than not. Not cool guys! PS, Don’t order the corn bowl, it’s unseasoned and cold just like the rest of the food.

  A simple order - Popcorn chicken & fries with 25 minutes to receive the order - NO apology no concession - take your food - see you later - Oh we had a large order before you - darn!

  The food is great and when I was here before (months ago) all was great. But now the service is awful. I'm not talking about the attitude as I understand those people are tired and still try to be nice. BUT. We ordered food to dine-in first. 2 combos. It took them around 15 minutes. I wish they were just busy but I saw the tray with our sandwiches and fryes on the shelf for a while just sitting there. And than they didn't remember what drinks we ordered and gave us the wrong size. After it we took one more combo as a take-out for someone else. It took them around 20 minutes. Again I saw the items on the shelf for over 10 minutes. Just sitting there. And the open bag beside. I stood watching all the time. This of course ruined our plans and we were late to meet with the person who got the food. This is the defenition of "fast food" at this location. Staff barely move, items sit on the shelf, they are almost cold when you get your order. If I knew it would be like this I would have chosen another food place. There is an AW literally next to this location. I love the food and had no issues coming by a couple of times before. But after today's experience I would not reccomend it to anyone and probably won't return myself
