The food here is delicious and I appreciate the vegetarian options - I've tried three and all left me daydreaming about them. The potatoes are particularly yummy. And everyone who works here is so warm and casual.

We visited Volta Restaurant in Victoria. It’s a small place, but definitely worth the wait if you’re looking for a good breakfast or brunch. Even though the head chef was on temporary leave, their sous chef prepared the brunch and the food was really good. We especially liked the crispy potatoes that came on the side with the meal. The fresh orange juice was really good and tasted very fresh, though I wish the portion was a bit larger. Highly recommended.

Love this small little restaurant. The food was exceptional and very creative. The owner came over and told us how he had painted the walls to look like Spanish tiles. The food was an adventure, and we felt so welcomed by the staff. A great place to have breakfast.

This was an outstanding restaurant for breakfast. The food was unique and exceptionally well prepared. The service was superb. The owner is very present in the small little restaurant and extremely friendly. You can tell he loves what he does. The whole staff made us feel very welcome as if we win in someone’s home. I highly recommend this to anybody either visiting Victoria BC or living here.
