Gosh was it fantastic!!! Great suttle flavours throughout. Can't wait to try the Croquet Madame next time ... also looks great. Kind of a loose Spanish influence on the food. I'll be back! Great chef very friendly servers!

I had the huevos a la flamenca with chorizo. it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and so comforting without feeling heavy. The service was outstanding, and the owner was genuinely wonderful and clearly passionate about the food and the experience. Places like these are true go-tos because they offer creativity and personality. You can really taste the love and care that goes into the menu. 10/10 recommend! Already excited to come back and try more dishes.

He went above and beyond to accommodate us and provide excellent service despite the lack of space. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. My dining partner and I shared the Sierra plate and the Huevos special with pork belly, plus a side of homemade blueberry jam recommended by an incredibly kind local who we sat next to. Highly recommend adding the jam to the Manchego toast, WOW. Everything was exquisite and just perfectly put together. Each ingredient is delicious separately, but together on a plate with a hot cup of coffee they sing in three part harmony. It’s also worth noting that the ambiance was really lovely; quiet conversations and one of my partner’s favorite Miles Davis records gently playing as we ate. We rolled out of Volta absolutely stuffed and didn’t eat in Victoria again because we wanted that to be our final, perfect meal. (Don’t worry we left later that day lol.) Eat at Volta!!
