- SSsDec 10, 20252.0Updated experience; ordered through app, every in house orderr with every employee met our expectations some better at it but consistent. Today i ordered through app (2nd time ever from this location) it was nothing like my order ( I doubled the meat as always but he sure didnt; says he did but the bacon count doesn't lie, nor the weight overall of the sub ive ordered dozens of times) I tried app but complaints area is down lol so called the store and the guy who.made it denied all; right down to telling him I wanted extra pickles *my absolute favorite crunch in it; I got 5 pickles across the entire footlong. At first he denied that too but finally said he was out of pickles. So we're you out of pickles completely or to lazy to go get more (i was out front in my car, there was 0 customers in during this prep) and why didnt you tell.me when I came in. My sub usually costs just over 20 with a tip (yes I tip 1.50ish) So he after massive back and forth offers a 6 inch or i come now and get it replaced. ( im 30 min plus away at home) rethinking going back at all to that location wich means not often ever cause it was my favorite.
