Today when I went in, the staff member making our sandwiches was a Punjabi medium height man who showed strong attitude, raised his volume, and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner throughout the interaction. We politely asked for two sandwiches to be wrapped separately, but he rushed and put both into one wrapper. When we asked him to fix it, he became rude and full of attitude and claimed this is how the service industry works, even though we were the only customers in the store. He then walked away without cashing us out and left us waiting while he did other work. There were no basic manners, no professionalism, and no courtesy at all. This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the respectful service Canada is known for.
