- MLM LastSep 12, 20251.0A deeply disturbing experience at this branch — I’m extremely concerned for the safety of our children. My teenage daughter visited this location with her friend. When she entered the restroom, a staff member opened the door for her. Just five seconds later, he pressed the button again to open the door for another girl — while my daughter was still inside. Her friend witnessed the entire incident and noticed that the employee was laughing, clearly aware of what he had done. It was intentional and completely inappropriate. This is a serious violation of privacy and a highly unprofessional act. I have already contacted the authorities to review the security footage, and I expect the management to take immediate and firm action against this behavior. I will not return to this branch until this matter is addressed properly.
