  This is the worst subway experience I've ever had in my entire life, and ive had a lot of bad Subway sandwiches. I'd rather starve before I got a sandwich from the mall location again. Service was terrible, barely any veggies on my sandwich and the bread was bad. Definitely not a good experience whatsoever.

  Ordered a sandwich and ask them to grill it and answer was we can’t because store is busy. Busy store is not customer problem that is your owner problem to hire more staff. They were rushing everything. Food was not even packed properly.

  Had an employee argue with me about how I wanted my sub... Isn't it a sub MY way? Not a sub the way the employee thinks it should be? I don't get many toppings on my sub and I had said lots of olives, employee barely puts olives.. I say I would like more, he puts 2 more... I say I would like more olives I like lots. Then he proceeds to argue with me that the "recipe" calls for only 3 olives on a 6 inch sub. Absolutely ridiculous that the employee is going to argue with me over how I like my sub and what I would like put on it.

  If you are ordering anything from this subway location, make sure to check Your bank's statements as the manager has taken in it upon himself to add a tip to my payment. . Purchased a bottle of pepsi, which was two dollars and ninety seven cents with taxes, and he decided to tip himself ten dollars of course, I never noticed as I just tapped and walked away. When I checked my bank's statements the next day i noticed. I was overcharged.. When I called to speak to the manager, it turned out it was the manager who did this to me and says that it's impossible for that to happen as it only rings up what they scan... Well then in that case, you gave yourself a ten dollar tip, and you did it on purpose. He didn't know what to say next other than he would look into.It asked me what time I was there around and took my name and number and said he would call me back but never did..... ***Check your bank statements, people.****I don't care if it's christmas or not Fraud is fraud... I will be making a few more phone calls today if the managers doesn't call and resolve this... Also, i'm sure better business bureau would like to do an investigation to see how many other people have fallen victim to his scam!!!!
