  The worker who was serving me my sandwich looked very tired and was constantly sighing. I asked for him to toast my sandwich and the bacon was still really raw after. The vegetables looked not fresh at all and looked like they had been sitting in the bins for weeks. The worker couldn't remember what sandwich I ordered and was really not on top of his work. The sandwich was horrible and cold, bread was barely toasted and bacon was raw. Definitely not worth 20$ for a sandwich.

  I’ve gone to several Subway locations in Victoria and this is by far my favourite! Stellar service from Khushby who is so friendly and fun to chat to, prompt, and makes the tastiest subs. this woman deserves a raise!!! 10/10 will be coming back.

  My partner and I visited this location this evening, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I ordered a Chicken Pizziola — an older menu item with chicken, pizza sauce, and pepperoni. The meat scoops used for portioning weren’t filled properly, and the pepperoni was completely missed at first. Even after I asked for it to be added, the sandwich still ended up being mostly bread due to the lack of ingredients and improper portions. It also felt like the employees were rushed and not paying attention to what customers were saying. Proper portions should be used rather than filling scoops halfway or skipping ingredients altogether. My partner’s sandwich also had missing items. Even after he explained his order twice, ingredients were still left out. This is the second time I’ve visited this location, and on both occasions items were missed and portions were very stingy. Overall, I’m pretty unhappy with the service and won’t be returning to this location

  Picked up food around 9:15 am on September 29,2025. The individual working there seems rude, didn’t get and also didn’t reply to my greetings. Was looking weird. I hope she take job seriously and care about customer services.
