If you have a problem ask to speak with Warren, when asking him about how he would handle the situation he would have handled it the way I expected. The regional manager had just called me within 1 hour of having this problem and i feel valued by his prompt response and his offer to fix the situation. Thank you leonal

- RLRob LauritsenOct 30, 20251.0Today, I was shopping at my local save.On foods, grocery store at tillican mall.I was at the deli department trying to order a side of mac and cheese, which stays right on their menu, a dollar ninety nine.The customer service associate proceeded to argue with me regarding this.Telling me it needed to come with a meal.I purchased a pot pie and in my mind.That's a meal.He refused to sell me the mac and cheese and continued to argue with me.This is not an employee.This store should employ and I will not be returning.I have been a customer of this store since it was safeway.And this employee has bittered my taste. I will not be back and I suggest other folks.Steer clear of this place.And they're foul stacked..
