Worst deli in victoria. There's this older middle age woman who absolutely hates life and everyone around her. When asked for a 1 piece chicken meal with a side, she scoffed. When asked if I could get more then one ketchup package for my fries she told me only one ketchup per customer. On my way out to pay two check out machines went down one after another. Wont be going back again, screw that

What a horrible experience over 5$ of profit. I usually shop at the Tillicum store where the management is responsible and customer oriented. But not this west side village store, the staff here seem to be low on their morale, probably because of the store manager George. His flippant behavior of take or leave it means next time I will leave it and I will rethink where I want to buy my butter, save 30c or spend the extra at Thrifty's and get a better experience, I'm gonna go to Thrifty's instead because of George's silly decision. His time my time and the overtime paid to cashier, the poor cashier whom had to work overtime caused her to miss her Dr's appointment was not worth the 5$ of profit the store retained. I feel like returning the chicken so they have to throw it out. And lose all their profit.

I went through James' till this afternoon. I had a lot of price matches and he had a great attitude about the extra work. He got my stuff through quickly but I didn't feel rushed. Thanks James for great customer service.

The worst Save on Foods in the Victoria area, always out of stock of things and terrible selection of fresh produce. Sadly not a lot of selection in the Vic west area. Considering the growing population you would think they would prioritize this location more. The community needs change!

This is our neighborhood store, so we shop here at least twice a week. Today at 2pm, despite in-store customer traffic being kinda light, there was not a single available shopping cart in the entire outside parking lot area, including the covered cart shed in the middle of the lot. When I inquired at Customer Service, all they offered was a shoulder shrug and a muttered, "They must all be downstairs..." We didn't even know they have a downstairs cart collection area, or how to access it! C'mon, store management, do better!!!
