Tried their pre-made sandwiches tonight for a quick pick me up and was amazingly surprised on the price..flavor and options. Some of the best pre-made sandwiches I've tried!

I've been eating breakfast at the Langford location for years, mostly for the cheap prices. But the last few time I've concluded that it's not worth it anymore. The tables are never clean, you take the cleanest you can find. Often you have to eat with wooden utensils. The prices are going up, close to a proper breakfast with service and clean tables. My most recent breakfast will probably be my last. The ham was more like cowhide. I'm surprised they served it. I'll try Royal Bay or Eagle Creek. Still love the store.

I have been to the store numerous times sae items updated price is not in the register once I didn't notice until I got to my vehicle and had to go back. Go back to the product take a picture of the sale price than go get a refund. The second time I got to the register wrong price go back take a picture of the sale price went back to the register paid then showed the my rewards card and was told it was too late. I asked a cashier what can I use my points for and was told travel. I stopped the in Eagle Creek Village that cashier asked if I wanted to redeem points towards my purchase i said I didn't know I could never offered before. She told they get a prompt on their screen to ask I also asked about collecting points after paying she said no problem. VERY POOR customer service in Colwood.

Quality Foods’ ties to the Jim Pattison Group concern me, especially with reports of a property sale to ICE. Elbows up — I don’t support the U.S. government or companies connected to it. Plus, I kinda have a thing for Human Rights. One star. **Update** The sale of the property did eventually collapse, but only after intense and sustained public pressure. This included planned protests at business locations across Canada, a large-scale letter-writing campaign urging Canadian MPs to investigate Canadian companies doing business with ICE, a civilian boycott of all companies owned by The Jim Pattison Group, and a formal letter from the union representing workers at a JPG grocery chain stating they would strike if the sale proceeded. A major advertising firm (Point Blank) that works with JPG also publicly announced it would sever all ties with JPG companies if the deal went through. At the local level, residents of Hanover County, Virginia - the site of the property - flooded a town hall meeting to voice their outrage at the prospect of such a facility being opened in their community. This public response led the Board of Supervisors to vote down the proposed use of the building and to issue a statement to state and federal representatives opposing the sale. Only after all of this - two days after the town hall in Hanover - did JPG release a single-line statement confirming the deal would not proceed: “The transaction to sell our industrial building in Ashland, Virginia will not be proceeding.” They were willing to do the business and profit from an unthinkable deal… just not willing to be seen doing it.
