We approached the desk with our cart and were just about to ask her it it was ok to bring our items to her, we always ask first, most the time they are ok with a cart full of items. Before we could ask...Judith blurted out rudely "you can't bring that here!" .... "go to the tills" We both kind stood there in stunned silence...there was no need to be rude to us, we didn't do anything to deserve this... Judith then sent the young girl over to open till #1 for us and we unloaded and paid, I had to bag my own groceries, the young girl would not engage with us, she went out of her way to not talk to us...why? Again we did nothing wrong here. When the man behind us came up, she greeted him with a "Hi , how is your day?" Bright smile and engaged him....While I get cold shoulder bagging my order. I would hope that this is a onetime event and that this culture is not the normal here at Quality Foods, please look into it
