    I went in today for the first time. I haven't had Mr Sub in 20 plus years. The customer service was amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get the young ladys name. She was engaging and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the sub and service. The bread was light and fluffy. Will definitely be back

    Sandwich was mediocre. Made with lack of care or uniformity, some toppings heavy on one side but next to none on the other. Amount of toppings added when requested was dismal. Sauces were applied incredibly sparingly.

    We ordered their first ever party sub in December just after Xmas for a gaming event. It was a big hit. Tasted great. And the staff did a great accomodating the order even tho there was a mixup via the online order going in. Would do this again anytime The only place in town for party subs! The giant bag of extra pickles were also great

    Excellent food and service. I wish there were more Mr. Sub locations in BC. The seating at this location is kind of small/limited. Parking can be tricky due to busy location (ie Uptown Mall - outdoor mall).

    The employees are completely clueless. Don’t know how to make a sandwich or follow instructions.
