  Yesterday me and my grandma got the 5 dollar meal and our food was not only cold but extremely over salted to the point were it was impossible to finish my small fries. They removed the soda machine and don’t even give you refills anymore. The manager was very passive aggressive and condescending.. Very disappointing all around 2/10

  Ordered a mcChicken from the store today and this is what colour it was inside last I checked chickens not meant to be grey took two bites and had to throw it away.

  Bought kids meal many time and never got perfect combo ,and I never complain about it but today we got the kids meal and yogurt was opened and mixed in the fries😣 and I called them to report this, and staff member laughed and made me feel like I was lying.disappointing especially when it involves a child food. That location is in the uptown Walmart.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The Store Manager and the Team Lead (named Tamy or Tery) provided some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their attitude toward customers is disrespectful, and their overall approach is harsh and unfriendly. They consistently appear angry, which is noticeable both when taking orders and handing out food. A simple smile, greeting, or “thank you” is completely missing — which is surprising and concerning, especially from people in leadership positions. On the other hand, Rose and the Filipino ladies who work there are exceptional. They are always kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive. You can immediately feel the positive change in the atmosphere when they are on shift. They truly deserve recognition for their professionalism and positive energy, especially while working alongside such unwelcoming leadership. This level of inconsistency in customer service is not good for a busy business like McDonald’s and definitely needs attention.
