She was very rude about it and demanded to see my phone screen to verify emails. I told her I have a separate email at home used for work so it doesn’t fill my phones notifications with McDonald’s promo advertising emails. I showed my employee platinum card on the mobile app and she said that was not enough proof and very disrespectfully told me to take my business elsewhere. This happened around 5:00 pm Saturday October 25th 2025. Short phillipino manager in a red shirt. I hope that description can provide details to who it was so the store can provide better service in the future.
