- HLH Lewis1 day ago2.0Product is good. Same as the Lindt stores I shop at in the lower mainland. But the customer experience is nothing like the mainland. Rude, abrasive staff. We live here and in Vancouver so I will buy our Lindt there. So disappointed but I have spoken to friends that have had the same negative experiences. Something is wrong at the mayfair location.

The employee that helped me was very helpful and incredibly friendly. He was able to point me in the right direction. He and the rest of the staff were quite delightful and welcoming. 10/10 would shop here again.

I stopped in looking for last-minute Christmas gifts and felt completely overwhelmed at first, not knowing what I needed or wanted. The staff were amazing — so welcoming, helpful, and approachable. They took the time to guide me through different options and made everything feel simple and stress-free. I left the store feeling genuinely happy and excited about my purchase. This is what great customer service looks like!
- KKKate KDec 27, 20251.0I’ve been going to the Lindt stores on the mainland for years, and I was so happy when I found out we’ve got a location on the island now. But, unfortunately the people who work there are a huge let down. And by reading all other reviews here, it looks like it’s a problem at that location. You’re not treated there nicely, nothing like the experience I had on the mainland. Customer service associates are very irritable and dismissive, even when you’re spending close to a $100 worth of chocolates. They charged $2 for a little candy bag, LOL. Honestly, for the prices there right now, it’s definitely a treat to shop at that store, and the last thing I want is to bring my money to an establishment that’s going to treat their customers like garbage.
