I already bought chocolates and just asked if I could buy a gift bag, but he just told me I could only take a tiny clear bag. I tried to explain and he didn't listen at all and walked away.leaving me feeling really embarrassed.if you are not good at customer service just let your team do it for you.

They recognized I would not want chocolate with alcohol so they gently noted that one box I chose has alcohol which was very kind of them. Great selection of chocolates, not like what you would buy in retail. A variety of options whether individual chocolates or boxes. Worth visiting if you are a Lindt chocolate fan.
