I stopped in looking for last-minute Christmas gifts and felt completely overwhelmed at first, not knowing what I needed or wanted. The staff were amazing — so welcoming, helpful, and approachable. They took the time to guide me through different options and made everything feel simple and stress-free. I left the store feeling genuinely happy and excited about my purchase. This is what great customer service looks like!

Staff is always willing to answer questions. It's a little annoying that they charge for extra bags but one of the staff explained that is the company policy. Also, they need to carry the shortbread year round. The manager (?) recommended it and it is the best lindor!

But, unfortunately the people who work there are a huge let down. And by reading all other reviews here, it looks like it’s a problem at that location. You’re not treated there nicely, nothing like the experience I had on the mainland. Customer service associates are very irritable and dismissive, even when you’re spending close to a $100 worth of chocolates. They charged $2 for a little candy bag, LOL. Honestly, for the prices there right now, it’s definitely a treat to shop at that store, and the last thing I want is to bring my money to an establishment that’s going to treat their customers like garbage.
