Always clean inside.

Employees are mostly polite.
Only problem with this location is No wheelchair button on the door.
Had to wait ten minutes for staff to notice me and come open the door to let me in.

Last week had a pop in my combo 7UP from fountain...tasteless with just soda water. Today had deluxe sandwich with no lettuce and tomato which you guys charge extra for...lol

Shitty staff, when will they learn to speak in english. Talking bad about customers in their own language. Told the boy at front to teach girls some manners. Some customers might understand what you are talking about. They feel like they are roaming in their own house.

“Very poor service. The food quality was not up to KFC standards at all. The main issue was the rude behavior of the staff and extremely slow, unprofessional service. Cleanliness was also very poor—the counter and dining area were not properly maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Rating: 1/10.”

I visited the KFC on Douglas Street, and Simran helped us place our order. I was really happy with her exceptional customer service—she was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Thanks to Simran and the whole team for a great experience!
