I went in and ordered a 10 piece bucket, no sides just chicken. I told them I wanted a mixture of white and dark meat. When I took the bucket out to my car I peaked inside and saw a wing on top so I drove up to mill bay. When I opened the box at my house I found 5 legs, 4 thighs and a wing (9 pieces of dark meat and 1 piece of white for 33$). I phoned the store 5 times and nobody will pick up. Zero stars

40 years of going Kentucky fried chicken. This place has gone downhill, unfriendly service and three pieces with chicken cost. More than an entire chicken won't be going back

Ordered through the KFC app for delivery, they forgot my large fries, called the restaurant 3 times no one answered and their voice mail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
I called the customer service number that I got in my email and they could only direct me to the stores phone number, so since no one is answering the phone they can’t help me.
No middle man or resolution if the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone. Don’t order through their app, use door dash or uber, at least they can help if the restaurant forgets something
