Ordered KFC tonight from Douglas St, through the website, as I do not like ordering through a 3rd party like Uber or Door Dash to name a couple. I Paid just under $100.00.and waited an hour and a half, I looked at my order tracking and saw that I had a text stating could not find my address and I missed a phone call. 20 min passed since the call and text by time I listened to the message. It stated they were returning the order. I tried to text back but couldn't get through, said I needed an Uber account number, I tried to call the number and was told I was blocked from calling. I don't have an Uber account. I looked at my order again and noticed the address I entered was not correct. The number was correct but the street was not, s/b Admirals Rd, but went to Esquimalt Rd.. I called KFC and let them know what happened and if there was anything they could do to help in this situation, I would even pick it up from where ever it was and eat it cold, as it was my mistake. I was told by a KFC employer "Oh that's too bad So Sorry, you can try to order through Uber Eats as they have better deals other than that nothing we can do". I guess ordering through Door Dash or Skip is a better way to go at least they give you something for a missing or incorrect order. I will never order from there again.

This was absolutely abysmal. We asked for 4 of our seven sauces to be a plum sauce and the other three to be barbecue, but instead of that, we got five sauces total and they were all barbecue. Additionally, we were given a half eaten piece of popcorn chicken that was thrown back into the bucket. We ordered online, but it was unmistakably the case. We are livid with the terrible food, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Last time I ordered chicken and fries I literally had to come back to the store cause they literally forgot to put my large fries in the bag. When I returned to the store to get the fries not even an apology and it was the same guy that put my order through
