  절대로 가지마세요. 너무나 오래된기름으로 튀겨서 기름에 끈적이고 짜서 못먹어요. 같이 나오는 음식도 방부제냄새가 심해서 한숟가락 먹고 못먹었어요. 서비스도 손님을 처다도 안보고 해서. 조금 먹는척하다가 전부 쓰레기통에 버리고 왔어요. 절대가지 마세요.

  Last Sunday, I had a very frustrating experience at the drive-thru. There was no line-up, but waited at the speaker box for almost 10 minutes. I said "Hi" twice and received no response. I thought the drive-thru might be closed, but there was no sign indicating that, so we decided to drive up to the window. When we got to the window, the staff member was helping a guest inside. After finishing, she came to the drive-thru, and i asked if the speaker box was broken, since i had been waiting for almost 10minutes with no acknowledgement. She asked the staff assigned to the drive-thru, and they mentioned that they heard me but didn't respond because they were still doing something. I then asked if we could place our order at the window, but she told me we had to dive back around and order through the speaker box. So we did that - only to then have to repeat the entire order again at the window. I don't understand why we were required to order at the speaker box if we still had to repeat everything at the window anyway. i understand there are busy hours, but that's no an excuse to ignore customers. A simple acknowledgment or quick" Please wait" would have made a big difference.

  I’ve ordered from this location about 5 or 6 times now after not eating kfc for years. I’ve had consistently good service and freshly cooked chicken. I usually order the larger bucket meal and not once has it been even remotely bad. I’m surprised to see some of the reviews.

  Worst service. Ordered on uber eats for pickup and they were hiding in the back for 15 minutes nobody at the front as I yelled for somebody. Finally a lady in a dirty hoodie comes from the back that doesn’t wash her hands from god knows what she was doing and starts to build my order. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Bad experience overall will not be back.

  It's been awhile for me that any KFC can do a none greasy Fried Chicken. But on Nov 11th 2025 , they did it right, Chicken nice and crispy, Gravy was also nice and think. Great job the the kitch staff, and management team.
