I live in the city of Victoria, but I specifically drive to Langford just to visit this location because it is the cleanest restaurant on Vancouver Island. The restaurant is always very clean, smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. The employees work in an organized and efficient way, and orders are prepared quickly. You don’t have to wait a long time like in many other locations. This restaurant is a great example for other KFC locations.

I try to have patience with the language part as I know not easy to learn another language. But it does get frustrating! Took him much longer than should have to order something very simple! We get to the area to pay and pick up food and they say 10 minute wait to get a deep fried chicken burger. So all in all took clise to 20 minutes when no other customers. No one was in front of us or behind us. I can see why they are not busy! Not cheap either, one chicken sandwich combo and one small side $22.00. Food okay, but should be great for the cost!
