After waiting for 10 minutes, a staff member finally showed up only to tell me I’d have to wait another 25 minutes if I wanted fresh chicken. If they weren't ready to serve, they should have disabled the kiosk or informed customers upfront. Instead, they just kept taking orders through the kiosk while the staff said nothing to the new customers. People were just standing around looking confused after paying, exactly like I was. What kind of service is this? Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Avoid this branch if you can.
