  Service was rushed, employees were pushy and impatient while taking my order. Nobody in line behind me and my girlfriend yet we were rudely rushed through like confused cattle. Overall product was mediocre unappetizing. Will never dine here again.

  As a vegetarian, I am usually a chipotle fan bc they have a solid veggie option (sofritas). I’ve been to this location a few times since they opened and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The portion sizes here are WAY smaller than those at any other location I’ve been to across Canada, like maybe half the size. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it’s been consistent every time. I’m not surprised by how empty this place is now, no line at lunch time on a sunny long weekend Saturday.

  Terribly run store. I called three times trying to place a catering order for 30 people, I was told to use the app (which doesn’t work for catering). Each time, I was told someone would get back to me to take the order and I never heard back. I visited the location in person to place the order. They told me to use the app once again, I tried right there in front on them and it says-“ not quite available in your area” and showed them. It took about 10 minutes for staff to find the form in the back and then once I filled it out and handed it in they said someone would call me to confirm the order and give me a total. No one called. I called the store again and was assured the order was in and not to worry. The event day came and we went to pick it up and no one had any clue what we were talking about. We presented a picture of our order form and the staff scrambled for about half an hour. They finally came out and said they would make the order but it would be another 45 minutes. It ended up taking another hour and a half to get our order. At this point we had 30 hungry people to feed down the road. We ordered pizzas that got there long before we did with the chipotle. I have emailed to store, Head office and every address I can find and still have zero replies from anyone. Thanks for ruining an important event for us Chipolte:( DO NOT recommend ordering for catering purposes. I paid $620 for 30 people catering from Chipotle and had to order $500 worth of pizza instead at the last second.

  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The staff member (Punjabi guy with turbun) making my bowl was rude and unprofessional. Communication was unclear, and when I asked for lettuce, I was stared at and given only a couple of pieces, which felt intentional and dismissive. Customer service should not feel uncomfortable or unwelcoming. This needs better staff training, as this kind of behavior should not happen to paying customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
