  Food is good. Only complaint is inconsistent portion sizes. Sometimes they’re great other times very small.

  Well Where can I start the review? The waiting for the guy to acknowledged me while I stand there to be attended, Maybe the brown and way over priced guac on the side.. Or maybe my bag of burnt chips to accompany the overpriced guac? Maybe I’ll start with the very stingy steak burrito bowl Definitely I could tell how bad things are because the guy hardly put any steak on my bowl, Not that I wanted a whole pound of steak on my plate , But this is not my first rodeo, Been a steady Chipotle customer for over 16 years in the States and also here in Canada Today was the day of disappointment , I was so exited about having this Chipotle here in Langford I know the limitations of being fast food and all but thats not excuse to serve bad food and be stingy as well So in short I will not be back to this particular chipotle Maybe the one in Downtown Vancouver but no here.

  Today was my second visit to Chipotle and I continue to be impressed! I ordered the plant based sofritas bowl with rice, beans, cheese and guacamole and it was genuinely delicious. The sofritas was perfectly seasoned and the guacamole was creamy, fresh and the perfect flavour (and I’m picky when it comes to guac )! The service was great too (fast and my bowl was made perfectly) and the quality was great. Definitely not my last visit!

  The quality of the food was awesome and i love the taste of the food.. i love it will try everything from there… thank you for the great service and awesome team members😘😘

  Music was super loud, had a hard time hearing the staff behind the counter. I had to continuously ask them to repeat what they had said. Guy behind the counter was talking on a cellphone, while filling bags of chips. With the same gloves he touched his phone, he was filling bags of chips to sell. To me this is not sanitary in a public food establishment. Food was basic, nothing id return for. Once was enough.
