  I was fairly excited to try Chipole and was my first time. I usually go to Mucho Brito but heard it’s way better. Menus are somewhat confusing and so much pressure to pick what I want quickly was quite high. The guy at the cashier tried upselling so many things but had no clue what was saying and got annoyed every time I asked him to repeat, so he was rude. Though people complain about portion size but I thought it’s fair size for $13 Brito. But I have to say it’s really salty and had to give it to my husband. I have quite high tolerance on salty stuff but my mouth was burning/ numb with it. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

  $16.33 for a small super salty and cold burrito that takes 10 bites to eat. No thank you. I read the reviews beforehand and thought people were just being negative but the reviews speak for themselves. Poor Chipotle. Its golden age was 10 years ago. Hopefully the owners read the reviews and try and fix the mess that is Langford Chipotle. Going back to Tofino for my Mexican food needs.

  I ordered a Carne Asada burrito and a Chicken burrito. They were huge, which was great, but both were very salty and tasted the same. The guacamole was also salty. We tried the red chimichurri, which was fine, but it didn’t help because the burritos were already too salty. I also love sour cream, and the amount included was disappointingly tiny. I was excited to try Chipotle again because I enjoyed it in Vancouver back in 2021, but unfortunately, my experience at the Langford location was far from what I expected. I ordered online for pick-up, website was fast & user-friendly. Food wasn't ready when I came in but I understand, it's their opening day so I didn't mind.

  Tried the new Chipotle in Langford and honestly I should have just gone to Mucho Burrito. Same idea but at least they season their food. The line was long, the food was bland, and the price made me wonder if I should ask for a refund or a hug. Not worth the wait.

  Placed a pickup order from the new Chipotle in Langford today — so glad they’ve opened here! It was our first time trying Chipotle, and we’ll definitely be back. I ordered a burrito bowl, and it was excellent — flavourful, perfectly spiced, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The ingredients were high quality, and the portions were generous. A great new spot for a quick, wholesome meal! Manager Vikas and his team were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. 👍
