Worst taco bell i have ever been too. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the til to take my order, waited another 25 minutes for my order. Also very dirty. Cashier used same gloves to take another customers cash payment then proceeded to make food wearing the same gloves. DO NOT EAT here!

Horrible customer service. Don’t help up at the counter, had to wait for 15 minuets to get greeted. Had to wait an hour for food and they got order wrong. When we went through the drive through to ask for our actual order they were rude. If you want Taco Bell it’s worth it to drive to a farther one.
I am so sick of coming here and having them mess up my order. Countless times, and yet it's the only taco bell in vernon so here we are. Don't recommend, don't waste your money, even when i confirm the order 3 times they still somehow mess up a cheesy gordita crunch and fries supreme.
Todays gem? Not even a fries supreme, literally fries with nacho sauce on the side. I can't. This isn't even a cheesy gordita crunch!!

every time I’ve gone there I’ve had weird experiences, like they just don’t care about their customers. I always chalked it up to being short-staffed. I even applied for a job there when I saw they were hiring.
After last night, though, I’ve come to the conclusion that the workers just don’t care. They were rushed and dismissive, and when we finally ordered, I was looking around for a lid for my cup (right next to the till, by the way). I also made a point to ask for hot sauce packets in the bag.
When we got our food, I checked everything because in the past they’ve left out entire tacos, completely messed up orders, and I’ve had to go back multiple times for replacements. Every time that’s happened, they’ve acted confused or failed to properly write down my information, turning it into an argument just to get food I already paid for. Communication there is awful.
Sure enough, no hot sauce. I called out twice and was ignored, even though they were both working in the kitchen with gloves on. On top of that, there was barely any beef on anything maybe a teaspoon on the Supreme Nacho Fries — and the cheese sauce for my other order of fries barely filled the container.
They clearly need more staff, but at that point I said “to heck with this, we have hot sauce at home I’ll just use RedHot.”

Tonight my sister and I visited this Taco Bell location and had a very disappointing experience.
From the beginning, the drive-thru employee was dismissive and rude. When we received our order, one burrito was completely incorrect, and the second burrito was extremely cold — not just “cooled down,” but genuinely cold to the point that it raised food safety concerns.
We drove back through the drive-thru to politely request either a refund or replacement. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the employee brought out the manager. Both the employee and the manager began speaking to us in an aggressive and confrontational manner. The manager repeatedly accused us of lying, stating, “I can see you eating, you’re lying,” even though I was only eating a cinnamon twist — not the burrito in question.
When I calmly said, “You’re yelling at me, can you please stop yelling?” the manager continued raising her voice while insisting she wasn’t yelling. The situation felt hostile and unnecessary.
When we later called the store to request the name of the drive-thru employee, we were told they “forgot” or “didn’t know” the employee’s name because she was on break, which was very unprofessional.
We understand that mistakes happen with food orders. What is not acceptable is being yelled at and accused of dishonesty when simply asking for a correction. We hope management reviews this situation and addresses the way customers are treated at this location.
